Introduction to the Course
1. Read the introduction to the textbook beginning on page xxi. As you read, complete the guided reading assignment found on the Summer Reading google classroom. If you don't have the book yet, you can use the free preview to complete this task. (If you haven't enrolled in the Google Classroom you will not be able to access the assignment. Please go to Read First to find the enrollment information.)
2. Read pages 1-7 Intro to Unit 1 and complete the guided reading assignment found on Google Classroom.
3. Watch this introduction video and then go to Google Classroom and answer the question.
4. You and your parents read the syllabus and print out and sign the agreement page. You need to take a picture of it and submit it to GC by August 16th
5. Go to Unit 1 Thinking Geographically and begin summer activities.
